The Union of Municipalities of al Fayhaa honors Dr. Munzer Kabara with the Union’s Medal in recognition of his continuous service to Tripoli.

In a gesture of loyalty and appreciation for his sincere dedication and tireless work for Tripoli, the head of the Union of Al-Fayhaa Municipalities, Engineer Wael Zmerli, honored Dr. Munther Kabara, presenting him with the Union’s Medal during a visit to the Rashid Karami International Fairgrounds. The ceremony was attended by His Eminence the Mufti of Tripoli and the North, Sheikh Muhammad Imam, His Eminence the former Mufti, Dr. Malik Al-Shaar, former Head of the Bar Association, Sami Al-Hassan, and a number of other prominent figures.
This honor was bestowed in recognition of Dr. Kabara’s remarkable initiative to renovate and beautify the park, preparing it to welcome visitors in its finest form. This initiative reflects a strong sense of social responsibility and a firm belief in the importance of public spaces as gathering places for the city’s residents. Zmerli affirmed that Dr. Kabara exemplifies the proactive citizen who translates his love for his city into tangible actions. He emphasized that UCF will remain supportive of every effort that contributes to beautifying Tripoli, developing its facilities, and enhancing its cultural presence, because the renaissance of cities begins with the will and dedication of their people.
